My family and I loved this place! the spicy miso ramen is great if you love extra veggies since it's packed with carrots, cabbage, and little mushrooms. I personally love the spicy tonkotsu the best. both broths were the perfect consistency and not too thick and heavy. we also loved how hot it came when served. the workers are rlly helpful if you have any questions abt the menu. overall it's a rlly nice spot with a good amount of seating!

Best service and welcoming environment. Food temperature is perfect and taste is exquisite.

Great neighborhood ramen shop on Washington, we came on a Friday night just after 6pm and it was packed but didn't take too long to get a table. Likely packed cuz they've got a great happy hour (HH) menu, with full size ramen for $12 (vs $17), Mon-Fri ends 6pm! We ordered the: Chicken karage - crispy, great flavor and tender, and yummy dipping sauce! Also on HH menu for a few dollars less Tan tan men ramen - thid was my favorite, a little spicy, but tasty sauce Black garlic ramen -.great flavor but pork chashu was unfortunately overcooked, to their credit they did give me 2 additional pieces when I asked, and those new pieces were slightly better. Maybe they had an off day with the cook of their chashu, but it was definitely not tender and not up to ramen standards. Too bad because it would have been 5 stars with better chashu, as the soup base was full of umami and amazing. Free extra garlic - you might have to ask for this, but I didn't feel it was needed as both ramen soups we got were very flavorful already. Street parking available, metered or free depending on time. Service was fast and friendly, considering how busy they were

This is our favorite ramen spot in LA! Highly recommend the tan tan men (rich broth with sweet, savory, nutty flavor) and the vegan ramen if you want something a bit lighter. We also love the chicken karaage - huge portion. When I order the vegan ramen, sometimes I'll have my boyfriend order extra soup for his tan tan men ($6) so I can drink it. Best of both worlds!

First time eating from Moto ramen! We came on New Years Eve and wow it was poppin! We did a pick Up order but when we went inside to pick it up it was busy! Every one had the same idea to have some ramen before midnight. The menu is simple enough and portions looked slightly smaller than other ramen spots I've been to. Not sure if the portions are different from dining in to dining out. But anyways it was filling i did wish there was more toppings again im just comparing to other ramen spots I've been to. I went with the chicken ramen and my SIL chose the tonkatsu and she loved hers! We loved the roasted garlic it comes with dam that really gave it some flavor. Also that chicken karaage?! BOMB! I loved that they give some big pieces of chicken. It comes with mayo but we went ahead and mixed it with sriracha at home and made some spicy mayo! We'll definitely return and dine in so we can compare the portions.

After seeing Infatuation LA's roundup of the best ramen spots in LA, we've been on a ramen spree--and Moto Ramen did not disappoint! We ordered delivery via DoorDash, and from the moment we opened our bags, we were impressed. The portions were generous, the noodles plentiful, and the broth rich and flavorful. We opted for the Black Garlic Tonkotsu (and reheated it, as always with delivery ramen), and it was outstanding. Delivery ramen can sometimes lose its magic in transit, but Moto nailed it with robust flavors and perfect textures. We also tried the Chicken Karaage and Spicy Cucumber--our go-to side dishes. To add a little extra crunch to the chicken, we popped it in the air fryer, and it came out perfectly crispy with bold, delicious seasoning. The spicy cucumber was fresh and well-balanced, a great complement to the meal. We can't wait to visit Moto in person for the full experience! Stay tuned for an updated review when we do--but in the meantime, if you're craving ramen, Moto Ramen is an excellent choice, even for delivery.

Came for a quick dinner with my brother and sister-in-law, but we really loved the ambience and ended up staying at the table longer than planned chatting over the remains of our Ramen and Hitochino beers. We got pork gyoza and chicken karaage to start and then each got our own bowls of Ramen, which were huge. I went with the classic spicy Tonkatsu Ramen and it hit the spot. I also tasted the spicy miso Ramen my brother got and the vegan Ramen. My sister-in-law got and both were delicious as well.

Motoramen is hands down one of my favorite ramen spots! Their rich pork bone soup is what makes their ramen superior. My favorite ramen is their hot Tan Tan Men (5/5) (similar to Dan Dan Noodles but in their rich pork bone soup). The Tan Tan Men is spicy, nutty, and sesame umami flavor topped with their ground pork, jammy egg, bok choy, and bean sprouts! When mixed together it makes the best tasting ramen! I always get their Chicken Karaage (5/5) here too as it's one of the best! It comes out juicy and big portions everytime. The fried outside is perfect and when you bite inside it's meaty and juicy. Topped with lemon to balance out the fattiness and their kewpie mayo dip.

Been here more than a few times - and just noticed I hadn't dropped a review. Guess it's finally time I've been coming here for years, not just for the food, but the service and their Happy Hour! It's how/why a friend and I ended up here just last night. Staff recognized and remembered me though it's been a while since my last visit (when outside seating was still available - due to Covid). Place was hopping but service was just as great as always. Efficient and friendly. Like I said, hopping but still time for a little small talk as others also need to be tended to. Like I mentioned, no more outdoor seating, but there are tables and a short counter at the front windows looking out onto Washington. I'd have to say that large group seating might be a little challenging, but doable. Food was served fast and fresh. I'd like to think "as it should" as it doesn't require a lot cooking time. But even though fast - dishes still full of flavor and generous portions (see pics). Keep in mind, for the apps, it's happy hour. Flavors align with my palette and I enjoy their cold draft beer on tap - Sapporo. Good food and both good and friendly service is one of the reasons I really do enjoy this place. Couple tips: Street parking on Washington and meters only enforced until six. There's a plaza across the street but signage that Bar and Ramen parking is prohibited. You can try your luck but just be prepared in case you're towed. And Happy Hour ends at 6.
